What is free?

The complete result, next steps, conditions, sources, route comparisons and text download. No account or audio upload is required.

What does $2.99 buy?

A Release Passport saves a report for one exact audio file. It includes a PDF, sharing links you can turn off, and manual rechecks of that file for 30 days after payment. Saved versions remain available afterward. There is no subscription. Applicable tax is shown before payment. A different audio file needs a new Passport.

An answer is unknown

Look at “What to do next”. Missing answers mean we need more facts from you. A coverage gap means the check has no supported rule for that selection. Sources that need review cannot support a positive result. You can keep an answer unknown and ask the service the suggested question. Buying a Passport does not resolve an unknown.

Purchase or saved version

Recover a checkout from My Passports. It shows whether payment has been confirmed. Open an existing Passport to download a saved version, manage links and documents, or recheck the same audio file. Rechecks never change an earlier version.

Technical help

Try refreshing the page and checking your connection. To create a file ID, use a current browser and an audio file up to 128 MB. Optional supporting documents can be PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 8 MB. They are stored privately and are not reviewed. Keep private files, hashes, payment details and all your answers out of public error reports.
