The new public agreement labels itself version 2026.10 while retaining an August 2026 update label. It includes specific AI/PayOnce plan provisions absent from the historical 2026.08 reading. The old text must not be presented as the current contract.
Policies can change. This record describes the cited reviewed version; a new assessment must check current applicability.
