Current agreement sections 3/10 and 11A/11B permit generated content only under AI Pro or PayOnce AI Made. The incorporated fraud policy still describes paid plans in terms of human-authored assistance. The old blanket agreement ban is superseded by a new scoped permission, with cross-document scope unresolved and no named generator licence approval.
Policies can change. This record describes the cited reviewed version; a new assessment must check current applicability.
