| responsibilities | We're hiring a Product Manager to own the pipeline from customer need to deployed model across our speech and broadcast model families.; You'll sit at the intersection of research, engineering, and customers to translate real-world problems into model requirements, driving execution with our research team, and shipping models that customers actually use. This role reports to the product lead.; Own the full model pipeline across our speech and broadcast families: aligning research tasks with customer needs, dataset strategy, architecture development, testing, optimization, and delivery for deployment.; Drive product strategy across our speech and broadcast model portfolio, including Multi-Speaker Separation, Speech Enhancement, Music Removal, and Dialogue, Music, and Effects Separation.; Translate fuzzy customer problems into crisp model specs: tasks, languages, latency, accuracy targets, deployment constraints, perceptual quality bars.; Drive weekly research execution: unblock researchers, sequence experiments, manage dependencies, and force tradeoff decisions.; Own model launches end-to-end: benchmarking, customer beta, documentation, and handoff to applied teams. |
