Responsibilities
- We're hiring a Product Manager to own the pipeline from customer need to deployed model across our speech and broadcast model families.
- You'll sit at the intersection of research, engineering, and customers to translate real-world problems into model requirements, driving execution with our research team, and shipping models that customers actually use. This role reports to the product lead.
- Own the full model pipeline across our speech and broadcast families: aligning research tasks with customer needs, dataset strategy, architecture development, testing, optimization, and delivery for deployment.
- Drive product strategy across our speech and broadcast model portfolio, including Multi-Speaker Separation, Speech Enhancement, Music Removal, and Dialogue, Music, and Effects Separation.
- Translate fuzzy customer problems into crisp model specs: tasks, languages, latency, accuracy targets, deployment constraints, perceptual quality bars.
- Drive weekly research execution: unblock researchers, sequence experiments, manage dependencies, and force tradeoff decisions.
- Own model launches end-to-end: benchmarking, customer beta, documentation, and handoff to applied teams.
Required skills
- A minimum of 5+ years in ML/AI PM, technical PM, or research engineering roles, with meaningful time shipping ML models to production.
- Hands-on experience with speech or audio ML — source separation, ASR, diarization, speech enhancement, voice isolation, or adjacent domains.
- Strong technical fluency; able to prototype and write code to validate ideas and accelerate development.
- A track record of shipping models customers depend on, not just papers or demos.
- Strong customer instincts: you've sat with users, run discovery, and translated their workflows into technical requirements.
- Comfort with ambiguity and small-team velocity. You decide and move.
Preferred skills
- Domain experience in post-production, broadcast, sports, or streaming media workflows.
- Experience with enterprise / API customers in media or voice AI.
- Prior experience in a startup or zero-to-one environment.
